Running power provides second-by-second numbers that ππππππ πππ‘ your effort – your running intensity.
By doing this, power solves issues associated with other measures of intensity:
πΈ Heart Rate (HR) βlagsβ when you change effort levels, and it can βdriftβ on longer runs.
